Peter Obi, the Labour party candidate for 2023 presidential election has just filed an appeal at the supreme court on 51 grounds against President Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All progressive Congress having being dissatisfied with the ruling of the presidential election petition tribunal {PEPT} against him.
