American rapper, actor and movie producer, Curtis James Jackson III, popularly known as 50 Cent, has sold the distribution rights to a multi-part documentary (docuseries) bordering on various sexual assault allegations against his music mogul, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, to Netflix.
50 Cent’s project, which aims to spotlight the music mogul’s sexual assault allegations, has reportedly secured a spot on an OTT platform.
The documentary is timely, as the rap mogul was hit with another civil lawsuit on Tuesday, with model Crystal McKinney accusing Diddy of sexually assaulting her in 2003.
Crystal came forward with the allegations following the 2016 video footage of Diddy assaulting Cassie in a hotel hallway on Friday.
Curtis Jackson has, however, been commenting on Diddy’s ordeal, trolling the music executive.
Although Diddy’s apologized in video on Sunday, 50 Cent expressed his skepticism, insisting that only God can help in this situation.
Meanwhile, in an Instagram post, 50 Cent confirmed that his ongoing project is set to commence soon, noting that Netflix won the rights to the docuseries after a bidding war involving multiple networks and streaming platforms.
50 Cent and Diddy have bad blood stemming back to 2006 when 50 Cent released a diss track titled ‘The Bomb’ hurling insults at Diddy, implying that the music mogul was aware of the identity of the person who killed Notorious B.I.G. back in 1997.
