Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum, the Governor of Borno State, has appointed Engr. Harun Abubakar Ibrahim as the State Focal Person for the Investment in Digital and Creative Enterprises, I-DICE, program.
This is confirmed in a letter signed by Bukar Tijani, the Borno Secretary to the State Government, SSG.
Engr. Ibrahim is a consultant data analyst at the Borno State Information Communication Technology Development Agency.
He holds a master’s degree in computer engineering and is an alumnus of Lagos Business School.
In his role as focal person, Ibrahim will leverage his experience in transforming raw data into actionable insights.
He has previously worked as a data analyst consultant with Adam Smith International, where he improved operational efficiency for clients by 15% through data-driven strategies.
Ibrahim is also the CEO and founder of Haigha Technology in Maiduguri.
Under his leadership, the organization has fostered strategic partnerships, developed mentorship programs, and orchestrated high-profile tech events.
In addition to his consulting work, Ibrahim has taught at Ramat Polytechnic.
As the focal person for the I-DICE program, Engr. Ibrahim is expected to play a pivotal role in promoting digital and creative enterprises in Borno State.
