Buhari’s Office Attacked By Rodents!

After the arrival of President Muhammadu Buhari from his medical leave in the U.K, Nigerians were surprised to find out that the President would be working from home instead of his office.

The earlier reason given for this by the Presidency was that renovation work was ongoing in the President’s office.

However, Senior Special Assistant to the President on media and publicity, Garba Shehu spilled the beans when he disclosed that President Buhari will be working from home because the furniture and air-conditioning units in his office at the Aso rock villa have been attacked by rats.

He was quoted to have said: “Following the three months period of disuse, rodents have caused a lot of damage to the furniture and the air conditioning units,”. He added that the maintenance company contracted to renovate the presidential office had been asked to speed up their work.
