Honourable Benjamin Kalu, Spokesman of the House of Representatives on Thursday received Outstanding Rep. Member of the Year.
In a statement obtained by 9NEWS NIGERIA, Hon. Kalu said one of the striking things about this award and the organizers is that the process of nomination and voting is very transparent and open to the public to decide.
