Veteran Nollywood actor, James Ilechukwu Esomugha popularly known as Jim Iyke has alledgely embraced Islam.
According to him he made the decision after reading books indepth and clarifying many things.
The Chief Imam of Imo State, Barrister Suleiman Yusuf Njoku, was said to have performed the the actor’s first Islamic rites.
This comes after he recently shared his experience dating a Muslim lady disclosing, it ended because of their religious differences.
The veteran actor in the video, call for the abolishment of religious sentiments, Saying many people are still experiencing it to date. He added that people could co-exist peacefully despite their life, religion, politics among others.
