High court Owerri Imo state Nigeria was too cold as lawyers trooped out en-masse to pay last respect to a departed colleague.
Our correspodent reports that Barrister Oderah Jennifer Onumajulu was killed by unknown gunmen in Owerri few months ago and since then investigation has been ongoing to unravel her Killers.
Onumajulu who was kidnapped and shot on May 22 in Owerri, died on the following wednesday. Until her death, the victim was a customary court inspector.
Her remains is lying in state at the Federal High Court Owerri amidst tears from her relatives and colleagues.
