President Buhari and ex-President Goodluck Jonathan met behind closed doors yesterday to chat the way forward as the 2023 Elections draw near.

Actually, the meeting was held behind closed doors inside the Presidential Villa, Abuja few hours after the meeting of the Federal Executive Council presided over by Buhari.

The former President arrived for the meeting at about 4 pm. However, He did not speak with State House correspondents at the end of the meeting.

Recall that the agenda of the meeting was not disclosed till the time of this report.

Besides, it is the interest of Nigerians to see a better transition come 2023 but the Marriage between the political duo is yet to manifest.

But from the other side of people’s view, Goodluck Jonathan was said to have served the turn of the South-South in the previous administration as PRESIDENT of the Federal Republic and the South-East zone is expected to take their turn in the mantle of administration if the political space will still respect the zoning pattern internally threaded upon in NIGERIA.

It is therefore a critical situation yet to unfold while NIGERIANS are eager to witness a good transition to the next dispensation that will produce a President of the Federal Republic of NIGERIA through the voting process.
