The Majority Leader Imo State House of Assembly IMHA and Honorable member representing Owerri West in the 9th and 10th House, Rt Hon Kanayo Onyemaechi has applauded His Excellency Governor Hope Odidika Uzodinma CON, for making possible, the delivery of a world-class mobile station cum sub station in Obinze, Owerri West LGA of Imo state Nigeria.
While the contracting firm has commenced the laying of high tension poles across the catchment area, the 63MVA123/33KV Mobile station/substation is located at Obinze Owerri West LGA, to add more clearer reception of electricity supply and mobile communication in Imo state as 9News Nigeria reports.
At a kick off of the arrival of the equipments in Obinze Owerri West, today Sunday, the legislator IMHA, Hon Kanayo Onyemaechi alongside other notable politicians and leaders from the zone trooped out en masse to receive its delivery at the project site today Sunday.
At a budget presentation in a plenary at the Imo State House of Assembly IMHA, Majority Leader Onyemaechi appraised His Excellency Dr Hope Uzodinma for conceiving such an unwavering idea to give the state the best mobile power sub station in Owerri zone.
The Legislature further thanked the Imo Darling Governor, Hope Uzodinma CON on his continued readiness to improve Ndi Owerri West and Owerri zone at large for the massive support they gave to the Shared Prosperity -All Progressives Congress APC administration in the State.
Rt Hon Onyemaechi added that Dr Uzodinma’s is a man whose words have remained his bonds. “Governor Uzodinma is truly a listening darling Leader, Onyemaechi maintained.
9News Nigeria gathered that the actualization of the Obinze mobile Power Station cum Sub station as made possible by Imo State ably led by Governor Hope Uzodinma has definitely commenced having all the needed equipments for the project arrived Sunday evening in Obinze.
FUTO Host Communities alongside the wonderful People of Owerri West Local Government Area , Owerri Zone and the Imo State People in general have expressed high happiness and satisfaction at the witnessing of the safe delivery of this newest mobile power station.
Imolites in general are the beneficiaries of this wonderful project executed in the State by His Excellency Governor Hope Uzodinma via the APC administration led by His Excellency President Tinubu GCFR.
Recall that during the budget presentation at the Imo State House of Assembly IMHA this project was at the instance of His Excellency, the Darling Governor of Imo State to choose Owerri West as a base for this signature project.
Today, the project has become a reality in Imo state Nigeria. Owerri West in Owerri Zone has been favoured by the Governor of Imo State for considering the LGA as a safe place for the project execution.
Speaking with our correspondent, eye witnesses said, that all equipments have arrived Obinze for onward take-off as scheduled by Imo State Government IMSG under Governor Hope Uzodinma CON.
While stating that this power station and sub station are gazetted to be installed in Obinze Owerri West, an expert in the power sector, said, it is a huge show of love from Governor Uzodinma to Owerri zone in general.
The residents of the area as inclusive in the beneficiary list of host communities for including the FUTO and FEDPONEK communities to enjoy the long lasting power grid attached therein as gathered by 9news Nigeria.
The people of the area however promised to keep supporting the 3R government and also endeavor to put steady check on the item for safety reasons, while returning praises to the indefatigable Governor, His Excellency Hope Uzodinma.
Hence, Owerri West People are happy for being counted worthy as major beneficiaries of this World Class project while all accolades have been given to His Excellency Dr Hope Uzodinma for making such projects feasible in his time as the Imo state Governor.
“This is one World class project which will illuminate Owerri Zone /Owerri West and Imo state and will thereby address the issue of epileptic power supply, muddy communication within the area as experts stated.
From the faces of the people interviewed by 9News correspondent at the delivery scene of the power station cum sub station in Obinze, there was clear indication that this signature projects was brought by the APC Government under Governor Hope Uzodinma CON.
This is a commendable moves by the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration for bringing onboard this most important necessity to Imo State.
There are a lot of expected improvements targetted at salvaging Nigeria which one amongst the policy plan of renewed hope administration is the commencement of this power signature project in Obinze, Owerri West ,as our correspondent reports.
