The leadership of Edumoga Youth Association, EYA, has called for a full investigation into the murder of Miss Aladi Offikwu Johnson, also known as Tessy, an indigene of Olaidu, Edumoga in Okpokwu Local Government Area of Benue State.
Tessy was found dead with her hands tied behind her back in a hotel room in the Gwarimpa area of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja on Monday June 16, 2025.
The group, in a statement condemning her murder in strong terms, issued by its National President, Alhaji Lucky Itodo, on Thursday June 19, said the perpetrators should be brought to justice, and warned that the incident must not be swept under the carpet.
