A philanthropist Ozo Eche Nwaodor C.O.B a ground politician and top businessman based in Abakpa Nike Enugu in Enugu East local government has done what the government of Enugu state has desperately refused to do.
We in Abakpa an urban richly populated area of Enugu east local government areas in Enugu state was neglected during the last Sullivan Chime past administration on roads construction.
It was on records that a contract was awarded to a Nigerian construction company that failed to execute the construction of some major streets in Abakpa urban wards including Ogwuago streets road and Abakpa Nike layouts roads. These contracts were abandoned by the past administration of Sullivan’s due to contract failure.
It was of our hopes that the incoming government of Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi will do the needful to beautify Abakpa as other two urban local government of Enugu state like Enugu north and south being Ogui and Uwani respectively.
But nothing was done apart from the only major link road of Abakpa city, not until today our son of the soil the only OZO in the house has single-handedly executed the road linking Mabia street to Akubueze street via Affia Four Ogwuago road to a full motorable and good humanly conducive environment met for the livings.
We happily appreciate him and urge him to keep doing more and wish others in such positions of authority to kindly emulate him for his well did.
As the Chief custodian of Ogwuagor and Abakpa urban communities, I am in a better position to thank and bless Ozo CBO ECHE for a job well-done today being Sunday 21/02/21.
